Cancellation policy

In the event that you must cancel your appointment, please contact Juana Carrillo-Gonzalez at Estetica JCG 24 hours in advance of your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply. 

 

late policy

In the event that you may be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please know that Estetica JCG will try its best to accomodate you, however your spot may not be guaranteed and a rebooking may be required at a later date and time.

Estetica JCG will work with you to ensure that your hair goals are met and that you are satisfied with your service.  In order to accomplish this, please be sure to discuss all concerns with your stylist at the time of your consultation.  It is the responsibility of the client to divulge any history that may impact the service that is offered by the stylist. Please be sure to bring up all concerns before your service begins.  

Please note that in cases in which a semi-permanent color is used, the stylist will explain an approximate amount of time that will elapse before the color begins to wash out or fade.  

If the client is unhappy with the results, the client can contact Estetica JCG within a week of the service completion, to have the results of the service addressed.  If Estetica JCG is contacted after a week of the service completion, an additional charge may be requested in order to address the concern.
